Luxuria International is a real-estate company in Rwanda with responsibility for the bus-shelter advertising project. It needed a dedicated manager to turn the advertising opportunity into an organised, sellable and properly delivered service.
02 - What MindScape Africa did
Luxuria International appointed MindScape Africa as project manager. We manage advertiser acquisition, sales conversations, client coordination, campaign placement planning, execution follow-up and reporting for the bus-shelter advertising business.

The project now has one accountable management team connecting advertisers, placements and execution across Kigali’s bus-shelter network.
